Sports massage therapist and personal trainer

Naomi is a lively, energetic person with a real passion for sports. She graduated with a degree in sports therapy and now focuses on treating, rehabilitating and preventing sport and occupational injuries to a wide range of people of all ages and abilities. She provides a hands on service with a multitude of advanced techniques including: deep tissue massage, Soft Tissue Release, Neuromuscular Technique and Muscle Energy Techniques.Naomi likes to treat a diverse range of people from all walks of life including sporting athletes where she has worked at the London Marathon and the Princes Trust London to Brighton cycle ride providing post sports massage.When Naomi’s not in the gym she likes to be out on the river kayaking or on the lake free-style jet skiing!

Sophie Lee

Sophie is full of energy and has a passion for helping others and loves doing this through the benefits of massage, she studied at St Mary’s University where she gained an ITEC Level 4 National Diploma in Sports Massage. She is also a full member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA), a governing body dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in Soft Tissue Therapy. Sophie uses a wide range of advance techniques including Deep Tissue Massage, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques and Neuromuscular Technique and is well placed to co-manage patients alongside the rest of the team here at Staines Chiropractic.
Aside from private practice, Sophie has experience working with athletes at large sporting events and races including the London Marathon and the Vitality 10,000.
In her spare time she loves to stay fit and enjoys all sport – her biggest love is football and she is proud to play for Brentford Ladies FC.
Carrie King

Sports massage therapist

Carrie is a highly experienced practitioner, completing a BTEC Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage with the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) in 2006 and holding a Masters degree (MSc) in Sports Science. She was soft tissue therapist for the British Skeleton Team for two seasons, travelling worldwide to provide massage services to the elite athletes on the winter sport circuit. She employs a range of techniques including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, and Soft Tissue Release and is well placed to co-manage patients in conjunction with the rest of the team at Staines Chiropractic for a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

Alongside private practice, Carrie is currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning as well teaching at St Mary’s University in Twickenham.  She is a gold member of the SMA.
