Private Health Insurance

Staines Chiropractic is recognised by most health insurance companies and if you wish to claim your treatment on insurance, we will try and make this process as easy as possible for you.

Most insurers usually need a referral from your GP. Once this has been done your insurance company will issue you with an authorisation number.

We will need this authorisation number in order to settle your treatment fees directly with your insurance company. Sometimes, your insurance policy will mean you pay the clinic and, by collecting the receipts, you claim back your fees from the insurance company. In the event that any disputes or discrepancies arise with the insurance company we ask that you settle your account with us and follow this up directly with the insurer.

Payment Policy Information

To schedule an initial appointment with us we require a 50% deposit, payable over the phone at the time of booking.  (This is refundable if appointments are cancelled or changed with 24 hours notice).

For all other appointment types we ask for payment at the time of each session and accept payment by debit card or via our online booking system.  Should you need to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the missed appointment.

If authorisation is gained from an insurer/solicitor/case-manager we may be able to invoice them directly for your treatment, we reserve the right to ask for payment at the time of treatment you are unable to provide us with the necessary authorisation codes.
