His aim is to reduce any pain, improve your flexibility and make you robust again.
Petina graduated with a Masters in Chiropractic from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2012. Petina is motivated by helping patients achieve their health and well-being goals. Having received chiropractic care herself throughout her previous desk-based occupation, she understands that no matter what job you do, or hobbies you have, your spine health is rarely considered. She aims to educate her patients so that they understand how they can help themselves maintain good musculoskeletal health.
She is an advocate of early functional rehabilitation and uses a variety of treatment methods; diversified adjusting technique, dry needling, kinesio tape, soft tissue massage and trigger point therapy. She has a special interest in ergonomics and preventative care. People are frequently surprised that their condition has a tendency to return, but the reason for this is often our postural habits at work, rest and play. Petina aims to help you discover those habits so you can make the changes needed to prevent your problem recurring.
Dan graduated with a master’s degree from Anglo-European College of Chiropractic and has worked with Portsmouth Football Club. At the age of thirteen Dan had re-occurring ankle injuries from various sports activities, however after consultation and treatment from his local chiropractor the issue was soon resolved. From that moment he knew he wanted to become a chiropractor to enable him to help people recover from injuries and alleviate their pain.
Dan enjoys engaging with people and treating a wide range of patients. He aims to uncover the root cause of the complaint as early as possible and then tailors the treatment to suit the individual’s needs. This process increases the likelihood of a successful and swift treatment as well as reducing the likelihood of a reoccurrence of the problem.
